Shaswat Kumar is a Partner with Aon Hewitt and currently leads the “HR Transformation and Cloud Solutions” business for Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa regions. This is a unique mandate to enable outcome based HR journey for Aon Hewitt’s clients which combines Aon Hewitt’s deep capabilities in Talent Consulting and in HR Services.
Through his professional journey spanning over 17 years, he has delivered across a variety of roles. He joined the firm in 2001 and has been part of the team instrumental in establishing the Aon Hewitt as a preeminent advisor in India and in the region.
Over his 14 years at Aon Hewitt, Shaswat has helped major companies, public-sector institutions, industry bodies and; Governments execute key initiatives around organizational capability, mergers & acquisition, HR transformation, globalization, employability and change. He is a trusted advisor for some of Aon Hewitt’s largest clients in India and in the region.
As the solution leader architecting the next generation “HR Transformation Offer” in the region Shaswat is helping drive a of; services spanning advisory, technology, HR Operating Model and HR services. Shaswat is engaged with internal research team in helping develop the “Refresh & Reboot HR!” point of view and engaging with clients in the region around the same.
Shaswat has a Masters in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi, and a Bachelor degree in; Engineering from Delhi University. Prior to joining Hewitt, he has done e-Business consulting with an Internet Consulting start up and international sales for one of the World's largest exporter of denim.
