Geetika is Vice President- Human Resources at Urban Ladder, driving and nurturing talent and building future leaders for Urban Ladder. In her current role, Geetika develops organization strategies making recommendations driving strategic thinking and establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. She plays a pivotal role in setting the cultural tone at Urban Ladder creating a positive work environment instrumental to the growth of the company.

Geetika has over 9 years experience in the HR industry. Prior to Urban Ladder, she was associated with Puma, Cadbury India and Trilogy E-Business S/W India Pvt Ltd. A result driven professional, Geetika believes in building teams and constantly fostering a climate of learning and change for long term goals.

Geetika has an MBA in HR from XLRI – Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Punjab University.
