Kevin Freitas is the HR Leader at InMobi, where he heads HR for the Sales organization across 10+ countries.

He started his career at a fortuitous time, just before the dot com bust and that too in a dotcom (a college gig with a dotcom, owned by Procter & Gamble Co.).

Kevin has worked with the top management of numerous companies to address their people challenges, as a consultant with Hewitt Associates and the HayGroup.

He joined Flipkart in 2011, where he was their leader for compensation & benefits, HR operations and compliance, HR Programs, Engagement and Performance Management.

In 2013, Kevin joined InMobi to lead global recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations across 10+ countries.

Kevin has seen explosive organizational growth from close quarters at Flipkart (10x people in 2 years), and built the HR infrastructure, HR team, People policies and put in place processes that helped the people strategy keep pace with the business needs. In his role at InMobi, he's created innovative talent programs to attract talent globally, introduce disruptive reward practices around the world and is the custodian of InMobi's talent brand.

He is a believer in working hard and smart, seeking excellence and in building organizations that trust their people.

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and a gold medalist in Managerial Ethics from XLRI Jamshedpur.
