Parag Pande is the Managing Director for Human Resources for Accenture in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and the Lead for Accenture's Global Learning &Talent Development Operations.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Pande has been in various leadership roles in Learning and Talent Development, India Operations, leading Delhi’s BPO operations and has served as the India Lead for Accenture's Customer Contact Business Services (ACCBS). During this period he was instrumental in stabilizing operations, building capability & adding new deals.

Over the past 24 years Mr. Pande has spent a considerable part of his career in roles spanning Learning, Human Resources, Projects, Banking, Financial Services, Operations and Call Centers. In addition, he has worked across strategy, planning, business development, mobilization, finance and service delivery. This included setting-up green field projects, turning around troubled businesses and companies, developing and executing strategy and managing over USD 1billion dollar investments.

Mr Pande has also been a Rotarian, assisting orphanages and renovating schools in Mumbai’s slums. He has been recognized by The Rotary International as a Paul Harris Fellow
