Rahul is Vice President & Head of Human Resources for Saint-Gobain, Construction Products Sector in India.

He has 17 years of professional experience covering all aspects of human resource function across pharmaceutical, consumer durables and financial services industry. From last 8 years he has been in Country HR Head’s role providing leadership to the HR function. This includes facilitating high performance culture, sustain and continuously improving HR functional delivery, building talent pipeline and managing the change process. He has to his credit, an experience of crafting a plan from employee engagement and value proposition standpoint and further transforming a company become Aon Hewitt Best Employer in India.

During his professional career Rahul has also worked with Novartis, Philips and ICICI Group.

Rahul did Masters in Labour Studies from Mumbai University and is a certified HRD Auditor & MBTI accreditor. He is an avid reader of management literature, an amateur photographer and a percussion player.
